1. Executive Assistant & Chartered Accountant: 3 year full time Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. Junior Executive (Civil/Mechanical): 3 year full time Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
3. Junior Executive (Quality Control): B.Sc. (Chemistry).
4. Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Chemical): 4 year full time B.Tech degree in relevant subject.
5. Officer (Human Resource/Industrial Engineering): 2 year full time PG degree in relevant subject.

HPCL Recruitment 2025 Age Limit

अधिकतम आयु सीमा 45 वर्ष है, हालांकि विभिन्न पदों के लिए यह सीमा भिन्न हो सकती है। सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार आयु में छूट निम्नलिखित है:

• OBC (NCL): 3 years
